This contract is between Shalako Kennel (seller) and ____________________(buyer) for the purchase of the following schipperke__________________ who is being sold as a pet, on a limited registration and must be spayed/or neutered. The purchase price is $________. This dog must be housed inside, and exercised in a fenced in yard. Buyer agrees to provide a safe environment for the dog, and proper care and medical attention. The dog is being sold with a 72 hour health guarantee and the buyer agrees to take said dog to a vet of his choice within this time frame. If any problems are noted at this time, buyer will receive a full refund with the return of the dog, or a replacement dog when available.

The dog is to be neutered or spayed by the buyer, and  AKC papers will be withheld until a vet certificate is furnished showing said dog has been spayed/neutered.

If at any time during this dogs lifetime buyer can no longer keep the dog, Shalako Kennel is to be contacted for first right of refusal/ and or help in reselling or replacing the dog.

Buyer agrees to keep in contact with the kennel during this dogs lifetime, furnishing updates on the dogs well being.
